- 1 can 8oz Mushrooms
- 2 Cups Chicken broth

- 62 oz. Cannellini Beans 4 cans of 15.5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Take a large pot and pour Chicken broth (set 1 cup aside)

- Now add the wild rice, thyme, and salt to hot chicken broth.
