Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken wings drumettes and flats separated
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce such as Frank's RedHot
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping the wings halfway, until crispy and cooked through.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the baked wings to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  • Serve the buffalo chicken wings immediately, with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
