Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns split
  • Desired toppings lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Gently form the ground beef into four equal-sized patties, about 1/2 inch thick. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the burgers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach the desired doneness.
  • During the last minute of cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill.
  • Place the grilled burgers on the toasted buns and top with your desired toppings.
  • Serve the grilled burgers immediately.
