Ingredients
  

  • 8-10 wonton wrappers
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 1/2 pound of ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  • Take a wonton wrapper and place a teaspoon of the pork mixture in the center.
  • Wet the edges of the wonton wrapper with a little bit of water, then fold the wrapper in half to create a triangle shape. Press the edges together to seal the wonton.
  • In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Once the broth is boiling, add the wontons to the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the wontons float to the surface and the pork is cooked through.
  • Divide the wontons and broth among serving bowls, then garnish with sliced green onions.
