Avocado Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Toast the bread until it's golden brown and crispy.
  • While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  • Scoop out the avocado flesh and mash it in a bowl with a fork.
  • Squeeze the juice from the half lemon into the bowl with the mashed avocado.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
  • Spread the avocado mixture evenly onto the toasted bread slices.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
