Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound potatoes any variety will do
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wash and dry your potatoes, then cut them into small wedges or cubes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss the potatoes in the butter mixture until they are evenly coated.
  • Spread the potatoes out on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
