Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook the macaroni according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Gradually add the water, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.
  • Reduce the heat to low and add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
  • Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until everything is well combined.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Mac and Cheese without Milk!
